Warranty of Goods / Services |
All our item(s) are imported Brand New goods. We will ensure goods are in good condition
before collection.

Confirmation of Orders |
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon
successful submission of
the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to
the customer for further action.

Cancellation of Orders |
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability
of goods. Any cancellations
will not be entertained once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & Refunds |
All goods sold are non-refundable / non-exchangeable once the order has been processed.
An exchange will be made if the product is torn or damaged at the time of delivery
after the customer has checked the product.

Delivery services |
Item(s) can be collected at destinated collection point/time or local doorstep delivery
can be arranged for a
nominal fee of S$10. Overseas shipment arrangement and charges to
be incurred by buyer.

Payment |
Customers may choose to pay via secure internet banking of either UOB or DBS. With
Internet Banking, you simply need to transfer the total amount for your order to our bank
account via the fund transfer option. No extra charges will be incurred and it's fully secure.
Collection via Cash On Delivery is only available for local deliveries in Singapore.
