Athens AIS Test:

If you have a sleep disorder, please do self-testing as follows:

According to the following questions, if anyone happened to you at least 3 times last month, please choose corresponding answer:

 
1. Time for getting into sleep (from the time when light turned off to getting into sleep ):
0: No problem, 1: Slightly delayed, 2: Obviously delayed, 3: Severe delayed or no sleep
 
2. No of times wake up at night:
0: No problem, 1: Slightly affected, 2: Obviously affected, 3: Severe affected or No sleep
 
3. Wake up earlier than expected:
0: No problem, 1: Slightly earlier, 2: Obviously earlier, 3: Severe earlier or No sleep
 
4. Total sleeping time:
0: Enough, 1: Slightly lack of, 2: Obviously lack of, 3: Severe lack of or No sleep
 
5. Sleeping quality (however long):
0: Satisfied, 1: Slightly dissatisfied, 2: Obviously dissatisfied, 3: Severe dissatisfied or no sleep
 
6. Status of day time:
0: Normal, 1: Slightly disappointed, 2: Obviously disappointed, 3: Severe disappointed or No sleep
 
7. Physical functions during the day:
0: No problem, 1: Slightly affected, 2: Obviously affected, 3: Severe affected
 
8. Doze at day time:
0: No dozing, 1: Slightly dozing, 2: Obviously dozing, 3: Severe dozing  

If total score is bellow 4 means: no sleep disorder;
If total score is 4-6 means: suspicion of insomnia;
If total score is above 6 means: insomnia.

白天思睡
0:无思睡 1:轻微思睡 2:显著思睡 3:严重思睡 
 
如果总分小于4:无睡眠障碍
如果总分在4—6:可疑失眠
如果总分在6分以上:失眠
